The far-reaching impact of the coronavirus outbreak has meant that TutorPro has taken a number of precautionary steps to ensure we play our part in safeguarding our Client Family Members, Team TutorPro, their families and our communities from the spread of this contagious disease.
These measures have been implemented so that we may continue to support the interests of our Client Family throughout the outbreak during this challenging time.
Both our UK and US teams are set up to work remotely and, in fact, do so as a matter of routine in their normal working pattern. This established remote working pattern means that, from the outset, TutorPro employees are already less likely to have contracted the virus or been in contact with anyone else with the virus, thus reducing the risk of transmission considerably from within.
However, as concerns rise and travel bans are put in place, TutorPro has made the decision today that all team members will work at home full time until March 30, at which point the situation will be reassessed.
Our team are fully supported by our HR Department to ensure that workflow continues in the event of a local outbreak and we have taken the further precaution of requesting that any team member who is taking a vacation in the forthcoming weeks, to self-isolate on their return for 14 days. Rest assured that all communications and interactions with the Client Family will continue as before, albeit remotely, via Microsoft Teams.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch and please be assured that Client support remains, as ever, of primary importance to us and we will do everything within our capabilities to ensure this support continues seamlessly in these adverse circumstances.
